THE POSITION
The Casual College Receptionist plays a vital role in fostering the Catholic identity of the College and upholding the Mercy Ethos by delivering exemplary service to members of the college community. This position entails managing diverse administrative duties and prioritising community satisfaction. It necessitates a profound commitment to hospitality and a strong inclination towards collaborative engagement.

ABOUT YOU
In addition to being able to lead the Key Responsibilities indicated in the position description, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate sound responses to the following selection criteria:
Essential
- Commitment to work within and positively advance the College’s Mission and Mercy values
- Understanding and/or appreciation of the principles of a Catholic community organisation
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in managing highly confidential and sensitive information/data
Desirable
- A current Victorian driver’s licence
- Previous experience working in a school setting
All employees are subject to appropriate employment and compliance checks prior to and during employment. This position requires a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
Classification is ESS Level 2 in accordance with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022.
