Parade College is seeking a calm and caring individual to be the welcoming presence for our College Reception(s). This is a dynamic role for someone who can provide a range of administrative and reception support and is also willing to be trained in First Aid.

The Role:

The College Receptionist is a valued member of the Parade College Administrative Team, actively involved in delivering a diverse range of services aimed at supporting the educational mission of the College.

This role is essential to presenting a highly professional, welcoming, and helpful service to all members of the College community and to co- ordinate the College Reception area by delivering and executing the essential administrative responsibilities and tasks.

The College Receptionist exercises judgement, initiative and discretion in ensuring the image of the College presented to the public is in accordance with the Mission and Vision Statement and that appropriate hospitality is extended to all visitors. The role demands flexibility and the ability to work in a highly collaborative and supportive way with all other members of the Administration team.

This position will also support Student Reception.  This role is essential for providing efficient administrative and first aid support and requires effective communication skills and proficient knowledge of computer software packages. Its primary objective is the administration of student attendance, general student enquiries and support of First Aid at the College.

The position is available for immediate start, or by negotiation.  This is a part-time ongoing position, with some flexibility to negotiate working hours with the successful candidate.
