Queen's College is a prestigious residential College. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. Located just 10 minutes from the CBD you will be working alongside a friendly, professional and talented team.
The position:
This position is responsible for the first impression of the College and as such must be professional courteous and efficient at all times. The Receptionist/Administrator manages the front desk of the college, dealing with phone calls, emails, visitors, students and parents. They also manage the front office space, from ordering stationery to maintaining a clean and professional look to the area, including the foyer, and ensuring the area is clear of any clutter. Some basic finance tasks are also required. In addition, various admin tasks may be requested by the Senior Management Team.
You:
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be flexible and adaptable when it comes to managing time pressures while managing multiple simultaneous tasks be able to work co-operatively and effectively in a team environment.
Accuracy and attention to detail is essential in this position as is the ability to solve problems and meet deadlines.
You will possess a personal presentation that reflects a professional image and the values of the organisation.
Requirements:
Internet and PC proficiency with advance MS Word and Excel skills.
Current knowledge of Australian Privacy Principles.
Minimum 5 years in a similar role
Current police check
Working with children check
