Casual Event Assistants

We are on the lookout for casual Event Assistants to work with us across a range of events in Canberra. 

You will have a positive and can do attitude, be willing to help and assist audience members with questions and queries to ensure they have a memorable experience and be willing to assist on site during bump in and bump out. 

These positions are front of house and consumer facing so experience in events is highly desirable. You may also have exceptional customer service skills gained from your previous work experience. 

Duties include:

• Onsite bump in and set up including placement of signage, set up of office, set up of event sites
• Guest registration and ticketing including welcome desk, registration desk, information marquees and general customer service 
• Exceptional customer service, can do attitude and helpful friendly disposition
• Event bump out including pack up of equipment, pack up of signage etc. 
• Other duties as required. 

Please note these roles require you to be on your feet for long hours and a general level of basic fitness is required.
