Leasing Consultant - Residential

No real estate exp required, just a great attitude to succeed in a career in Leasing. An excellent first foot in the door with a client in South Yarra

We are on the hunt for a great entry level person to join our clients who are based in South Yarra. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and determined individual who is excited about building their career in property management, starting in the Leasing side.
Working within the property management team, this role offers a position with great exposure to further your career in real estate. Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Conducting open homes
• Processing and approving applications
• Attending weekly training sessions
• Demonstrate available properties to prospective tenants
• Manage tenant enquiries via phone and email
• Working closely with the Property Managers to progress your career

To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:

• Certificate 4 in Real Estate Services / Agents Rep certificate
• Organised, reliable and be willing to perform a diverse range of tasks
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Immaculate corporate presentation
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and pro-active across tasks
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong work-ethic with a commitment to excellence
• Committed to constant improvement and open to ongoing training
• Prior experience in real estate industry is not required

Salary will be in the region of $55-60,000 depending on the experience you bring. Some Saturdays will be required, with time off in lieu.
