We are recruiting Casual Medical Receptionists to join the ever growing team here at Collingwood Medical.

Primary tasks
- answer phone calls and assisting with patient queries
- booking appointments for patients
- confirming appointments
- check-in patients on arrival for appointments
- process patient billings
- data entry and processing
- open/close procedures
- handling physical and electronic correspondence
Experience
- Medical Receptionist experience preferred
- experience in a customer service environment essential
Desirable attributes
- sound knowledge practice management software, Best Practice
- good time management
- good customer service
- polite phone manner
- sound computer skills
Must be available to work business hours Monday to Friday and some Saturdays.
