Medical Receptionist - Casual Or Part Time

We require suitably experienced Medical Receptionists with exceptional front desk skills. Looking for  2-3 days a week, with some flexibility. 

Our office is newly renovated and the practice consists of 3 surgeons with both private and public hospital commitments, and includes an audiology service. Multi-tasking and an ability to work independently without supervision is extremely important. 

Your duties will include:-

• Front desk reception using Genie on a Mac platform
• Billing of consultations, quotes for surgical procedures, preparing theatre lists
• Typing, tidying consulting suites and washing/sterilising instruments 

You will have the following skills:-

• Thorough knowledge of Genie and medical terminology
• Outstanding English, communication and reception skills
• Excellent typing skills and outstanding computer literacy
• Excellent presentation with a cheerful disposition
• Able to work in a team environment
