Position: Casual (On- Call) Customer Service/Admin Support
Location: Laverton North
Hours: Have flexibility to accommodate our opening hours Mon – Friday from 9 am to 5PM
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding Customer Service via phone, email, and in person.
Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
Manage reception duties including welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and directing calls.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Support teams during busy periods and cover for colleagues on leave
Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operations.
Contribute to maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for all customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
Prior experience in Customer Service or administrative roles preferred.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.)
Capable of working full-time hours with the flexibility to fill in during annual leave or sick leave.
