About you
- Excellent Communication skills
- Have a passion for delivering a high standard of patient care and customer service
- Professional and caring phone manner
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and have excellent time management skills
- Enjoys variety and working alongside different team members
- Previous allied health/medical reception experience is advantageous
- Our practice opening hours are 7am-7pm Monday to Friday and 8am-12pm on Saturday. Availability to work flexibly across these hours is essential for this role.
- The role will include some regularity of working hours but also the ability to cover (sometimes at short notice) annual leave and personal leave within the team
The Role includes (but not limited to)
- General Reception Work
- Diary management
- Scheduling and amending appointments
- Managing cancellation lists
- Replying to phone and email enquiries
- Invoicing and receipting
- Opening and closing the clinic
- Daily banking and reconciliation
- Some general Housekeeping and Cleaning
