Hourly rate: $36.30 - $70/ hour (pending experience) + relevant award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances (where modern award applicable) + superannuation. Casual loading included. Higher rate of pay is aligned with skills, experience or expertise.

As a casual Talent Acquisition Consultant / Interviewer, your role will be to support candidates across large-scale recruitment campaigns, including the delivery of assessment activities across each stage of our campaigns.
About you
- You may be a graduate student or experienced consultant looking for casual work
- You may have a background through experience or study in related fields such as Psychology, Business, HR or Recruitment and be looking for casual work
- You will be tech savvy with a passion for supporting others, and a drive to provide a great experience for candidates in their recruitment journey
- You have excellent communication and rapport building skills, both written and verbal
- Screening CVs and/or applications
- Conducting and evaluating competency-based interviews
- Facilitating assessment centre activities e.g. supervising group exercises
- Supporting candidates to navigate 'live virtual' assessment centres
- Communicating application outcomes to candidates including making formal job offers
- Conducting reference checks and quality assurance processes
