What you'll do:
• Lead engaging tours, providing guests with an entertaining and informative experience that delves into the rich history of Speight’s Brewery, our brewing process, and, of course, our delicious beers.
• Conduct tastings, guiding guests through our variety of brews, highlighting tasting notes, and sharing the stories behind our beers.
• Help maintain the safety and enjoyment of all our visitors, ensuring they leave with great memories and a deeper appreciation for Speight’s legacy.
• Engage with diverse groups, adapting your approach to fit the interests and energies of different visitors.
Who you are:
• A charismatic storyteller with a passion for sharing knowledge.
• Comfortable in front of groups and able to handle dynamic social situations.
• Interested in brewing, history, or hospitality.
• Reliable and professional with a friendly demeanour.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
