Commercial Growth Manager

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Forge and nurture key strategic relationships and partnerships, enhancing our company's footprint and visibility in the marketplace.
• Scout and assess promising business ventures, collaborations, and potential mergers, leveraging thorough market insight, analytical prowess, and strong networking skills.
• Craft compelling business strategies for the scaling of our Commercial Services, presenting your findings to the senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Spearhead multidisciplinary project teams, guiding efforts to foster business growth in essential sectors.
• Partner with key internal stakeholders to dissect and refine operational procedures, uncovering new avenues for business advancement.
• Oversee the development and execution of detailed project roadmaps, including timelines and financial plans, to guarantee the achievement of project goals.
• Apply recognized project management methodologies to steer projects, addressing any potential risks with a well-structured project management framework, including the formation of dedicated project governance bodies.
• Lead our business development and client engagement teams, inspiring peak performance.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of our growth strategies.
• Capitalize on opportunities to boost system, resource, and service delivery efficiency throughout our operations.
• Champion technological and conceptual innovation, promoting a culture of creativity and experimentation.
• Provide steadfast support to the Chief Commercial and Customer Officer, embracing additional responsibilities that align with your skill set and expertise.
