FUNCTIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management: Develop and maintain business standards, systems, and processes. Ensure adherence to national standards and facilitate communication across regional teams. Identify, evaluate, and address risks while implementing mitigation strategies.
Communication and Relationships: Foster collaborative relationships internally and externally. Ensure collaboration across functions for guidance and direction. Support to Regional Teams: Provide support for enhancing efficiency through benchmarking, training, and mentoring.
Report instances of non-compliance and provide input into project selection and pricing. TECHNICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Category Management: Develop and adjust category strategies in response to business requirements. Act as a point of escalation for internal and external issues.
