Experienced Catering & Customer Care Consultant 

(Includes Administration)

Charlie & Frank's has been operating since 2011 and now has two successful locations operating in the heart of North Sydney & St Leonard's business district, and a new catering kitchen opening soon.

About the Role:
As a CATERING CONSULTANT / ADMINISTRATION you will be responsible for looking after all client catering orders and cafe reservations as well as events. Handling all aspects of administration for the role as required. 
You will be liaising primarily with PA's, executive assistants and office managers on a daily basis along with restaurant managers and the owners.

Department Overview:
Sales & Service is the engine room of Charlie & Franks and our success is largely on our Sales/Service teams who have unparalleled knowledge of the food business, the Charlie & Franks brand and about their customer, as you focus on building a strong ‘win-win’ partnerships with Charlie & Franks clients.

Our Catering & Customer Careteam will be responsible for growing both existing customers and new business opportunities by taking customers through the sales cycle, with on boarding contacts and agreeing on new services.

In addition to the above, you'll also be responsible for:  
* Responding to all incoming telephone and email enquiries in a professional and sales orientated manner.
* Liaising daily and assisting staff from Eat first, Yordar, Hampr and all direct clients to actively maximise and secure all orders
* Communicate monthly catering promos to catering companies.
* Communicate online new catering/set menus and special promotions.  
* Booking procedures are consistent and managed accordingly and upgraded as required. 
* Ensure sales “enquiries” convert to bookings with efficient communications.
* Conduct site inspections with clients for events.
* Communications with management regarding important information on reservations, orders and feedback is seamless, clear, concise and documented by email daily. 
* Assist with promotional activities and attend internal and external industry networking events and sales presentations.  
* Stakeholder feedback is responded to immediately , constructively and documented accordingly.
* Promotions and programs are effectively executed in all reservations and bookings system.
* All checklists are completed, managed, evolved and documented accordingly. 
* Reservations & Catering Systems Flexi catering, Now book it are managed daily and updated as required.
* Catering systems with Eat first and Yordar are managed daily and cross checked.
* Affiliated marketing systems i.e Google, The fork, C&F website, social media outlets etc are managed and updated as required.
* Attend weekly meetings and report any special orders, requirements, suggestions, events, issues, process updates etc.
* Meet with chefs when required to discuss menu plans, set menus, catering and events.

Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of Catering sales/ reservations/ administration experience.

* Hospitality / Sales / Administration  experience is necessary  
* Highly organised, energetic and accomodating - “Nothings a problem” ethos.
* Excellent planning, negotiation, presentation and analysis skills.
* Ability to multi task under pressure.
* Be confident and assertive but with a calm and collected demeanour. 
* A natural drive for selling and relationship management  - Exceptional Customer service. 
* Attention to detail at every level.
* Excellent written, listening and interpersonal skills.
* Food industry knowledge is required.
* Advanced computer skills.
* Have a fun and focused work ethic and a "can do" attitude.
