PFC forms part of the NSW Government's Brighter Beginnings Initiative.The Clinical Lead- Pregnancy Family Conferencing is responsible for the overall leadership and coordination of PFC. This role works in partnership with DCJ and other key partners, to facilitate a strengths- based, early intervention approach to supporting pregnant women and families where there are concerns about the safety and wellbeing of an unborn child.The Clinical Lead- PFC engages, educates, and supervises the network of PFC facilitators and actively contributes to the broader leadership team in Violence, Abuse & Neglect.About You
- You will have a Degree in Social Work from an accredited course, eligibility for membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and a demonstrated understanding of the AASW Practice Standards as they relate to the position.
- You have experience in providing culturally safe clinical care and engagement with Aboriginal Families and stakeholders.
- You will bring leadership skills, including experience in capacity building and clinical supervision.
- You will bring your experience and education as a Social Worker and skills in building positive relationships and collaborating with interagency partners to meet the needs of complex and vulnerable families.
