AddressWe are on the hunt for a Clinical Lead to join the team at a Nursing Home in Port Macquarie. You will be responsible for coordinating and leading the care team in collaboration with the Clinical Care Manager and Facility Manager.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse within Residential Aged Care who is looking to take a step up in their career, but perhaps isn’t too keen on management responsibilities yet.
Key Information:
- Salary range between $110,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience) + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
- 80 bed Nursing Home with a supportive structure on site: Facility Manager > Care Manager >Clinical Lead > Nursing Staff.
- Some of your responsibilities will be the oversight of all clinical services in accordance with policies and procedures, championing continuous improvement initiatives across clinical and lifestyle services, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of all clinical documentation.

Skills and Requirements:
- Must be an AHPRA Registered Nurse.
- At least 5 years’ Registered Nursing experience within Residential Aged Care. Ideally looking for a Clinical Care Coordinator who has extensive RAC experience.
- A clinical specialist within Residential Aged Care.
- Capacity to upskill the nursing staff.
- A strong leader who is consistent, stable and confident.
