No prior REAL ESTATE experience is necessary; just a strong desire to learn and succeed!
You will receive hands-on training and guidance from experienced agents to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. The role primarily involves listing, marketing and selling REAL ESTATE, creating, and maintaining relationships with clients, prospecting using various methods to cultivate your client base, conducting open homes & attending appointments.
You will shadow experienced agents, and receive personalized coaching to ensure you discover your full potential. We will equip you with the scripts & skills you need to excel in the marketplace, through our carefully considered In-House Training & Development programs.
