The CUC North West is a not-for-profit community driven organisation jointly supported by the Australian Government through the Regional Universities Centre Program, NSW Government and key local support. Since opening we have supported almost 600 North West students in their learning journey.
What we do
CUC North West is a dedicated learning and study space that supports any student studying any course, at any Australian university. Students can connect with like-minded people and engage in a learning community while they study locally.
Your role
The Education Coordinator provides a comprehensive range of supports across the student life cycle. This includes academic, social and wellbeing support for current students, as well as widening participation activities to increase local participation in higher education.
You will bring to the role
- An undergraduate degree.
- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Experience coordinating activities or events - ideally in an educational environment.
- Knowledge of general academic skills, such as referencing, assignment planning and exam preparation.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a small team to achieve collective outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to speak publically and make presentations to key stakeholders.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence, Working with Children Check (NSW) and First Aid Certificate.
