Centre Director - Southern Sydney

We are seeking a director for an small 30 place centre located in Sylvania, Southern Sydney which caters for children from the ages of 0 - 6 years old.
 
This is a family owned and operated centre. We are a small boutique service that prides itself on being focused on our children and providing them quality education.

Being a smaller service we are able to provide a truly focused and tailored program based on your child’s interests and development needs.
Our Educators and approach to learning will give your child the best possible start in their learning with a program designed for each age group. 

Responsibilities include:

• You will be responsible for ensuring that high quality care and education is provided.
• You will ensure the centre is compliant with the EYLF, NQS and Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations
• You will manage the day to day operations of the Centre in line with the Centre's policies and procedures and manage enrolments and waitlists working closely developing collaborative relationships with children, families and the local community
• Maintaining centre budgets and ensuring financial aspects of the business are well managed

Your skills with leading, mentoring and developing connected relationships within the centre team, children and families will be essential to your success in this position. This company believe the people in their centre are the most valuable component of their service.

Essential Criteria:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (Overseas qualification are accepted if they have been approved by ACECQA)
• At least 2 years experience in a similar Centre Director role
• Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• Proven ability to inspire, lead and support a team of successful educators
• Efficient organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
• Experience using Qikkids
