About the role

As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day operations in accordance with legislative requirements and company policies.
• Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to our dedicated staff.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality early learning programs by our passionate educators.
• Efficiently managing staffing rosters.
• Effectively handling the center's financial requirements in line with budget guidelines.
• Upholding consistent high-quality standards for center presentation and work practices.
• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with children, families, educators, the local business community, and all stakeholders.
• Actively participating in attracting, converting, and retaining families through effective management of tours, enrolments, and orientation in collaboration with our Enrolments Team.

About you

• Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or an Early Childhood Degree approved by ACECQA.
• Previous experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting. (desirable)
• Maintain current approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.
• Hold a current Working with Children Check and Police Check.
• Exhibit an extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), as well as proficiency in CCS and QikKids.
• Showcase the ability to lead and mentor a team of dedicated early childhood professionals.
