Job description

Your role

You will be required to manage a range of administrative tasks within your team, this will include but not limited to:

  • Financial reports

  • Procurement

  • Records management

  • Provide advice and recommendations to senior management on administrative functions

  • Monitor and address enquiries and complaints handling

  • Prepare written material on behalf of the business unit

  • Extensive people management skills

  • Change management experience

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
