AddressSquash NT is current seeking to employ a person for the position of Centre Manager.
The Centre Manager is responsible for the profitability of the Darwin Squash Centre along with regular communication and assistance to the organisations key Stakeholders to grow the sport within the NT.
The successful applicant will lead and manage the rostering of a small team for seven day per week operations to instigate an active Centre through promotions, activities and programs.
This role is based at the Darwin Squash Centre and will be a fixed term two-year tenure.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Outstanding customer service
- Good interpersonal negotiation and leadership skills
- High level of enthusiasm, energy and motivation
- Good oral and written communication skill
- Good budget and financial management knowledge
- Current RSA and first aid certificates
- Experience sourcing grant money an advantage but not essential
- Hands on management style
- Strong understanding of squash administration requirements
- Ability to liaise with NT Government and Government Corporations
