About our Centre:Buttercups Childcare & Early Learning Centre Hammond Park is situated in the heart of Hammond Park. Across the road from the beautiful Botany Park, home of the Hammond Park Junior Football Club. Our Centre is only a few minutes’ drive from the Kwinana Freeway. Take Russell Rd/ Gibbs Rd exit and then left onto Macquarie Boulevard (at IGA corner). We are also only minutes away from the Rowley Road exit. The centre boasts three awesome outdoor play areas including a maze, sand pits, yarning circle, bike tracks, plus so much more!
The Opportunity:As the Centre Manager you will oversee the daily operations of your Centre, including but not limited to: guiding and mentoring a medium-large team of Educators, supporting and upholding the Centres policies, procedures, philosophy and regulations, perform administration tasks, develop collaborative partnerships with families and the community and most importantly ensure the highest quality of education and care is transferred throughout.

What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
- An excellent understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Regulations is essential.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Experience in CCS software (Xplor and OWNA highly regarded).
- Previously held the position of Centre Manager with proven operational success for a minimum of 2+ years.
- Previously held the position of Centre Manager or 2IC and Responsible Person.
- You must hold a current First Aid certificate, WWCC, up to date immunisation and Police Clearance.
