We are seeking an outstanding and passionate Assistant Manager with the drive to develop strong relationships with families, children and the community, whilst building an outstanding learning environment for children. Your role will be supported by the Owners, Operations Manager, Group Compliance Officer, Pedagogical Mentor, Centre Manager and Educational leader working alongside your fellow educators.

Experience in a similar position is required.
Your skills and qualifications should include:
- Holding a Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), and/or studying towards a Bachelor Degree in Education.
- A current Working with Children Check
- A strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound knowledge on the use of Fee Software and CCMS
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Dedication to developing the future of children
- A friendly and energetic demeanour
- Exceptional administrative skills
- Able to multi-task effectively
- must be able to work between the hours of 6:00am to 6:30pm
Your key priorities will be to:
- Assist the Manager in all aspects of Centre operations
- Supervise and support the educational leader to deliver the programs and the quality of care the Centre provides
- Bookings and enrolments
- Reception and tours
- Qualifications
- Social events
- Ensure that the programs provided encompass all aspects of children development
- Maintain and implement Centre policies and procedures
- Maintain the Centre's records
- Identify and assist in meeting the training needs of team members
- Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
