About the Role:
AMIGA Montessori Maddingley is looking for a Centre Manager that is passionate and enthusiastic about Early Years education. We are a centre that provides quality childcare, interactive learning and memorable experiences. We are looking for highly motivated People Leaders to inspire the leaders of tomorrow and be part of a great team.

What We Need From You:
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor or Masters in a relevant childcare course
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Centre Manager
- Strong Roster Management Skills
- Experience in building and maintaining utilisation
- Experience managing a budget, and bad debt processes
- Understanding of the National Quality Standards, and corresponding law and regulations
- Experience Managing KIMS, ISS, ACCS, NQATIS
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Exceptional customer service skills - building parent and community relationships
- Performance management skills, and ability to build and manage a team according to company standards
- Montessori qualifications or experience highly desirable
