Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents.
- Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A COMPLETED qualification in Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Working with Children Check (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
- Industry experience so you can bring in your passion and expertise
- Be able to travel to the Eastern Suburbs
- Cert III's $32 - $36 ph
- Diploma's $37 - $45 ph
- ECT's $46 - $54 ph
