Location: East Sale, VIC 
Position: Certificate 3 Educator 
Employment Type: Permanent Part Time 30 hrs per week. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.  
Fixed Term: Until December 19, 2025.

We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Certificate III Educator to join our vibrant team, focusing on the growth and development of children aged 0-2. This part-time position offers 30 hours per week and is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our littlest learners.

About East Sale: East Sale Children’s Service has 62 places for children aged 0-5 years. Our childcare centres is a nurturing and innovative learning environment committed to providing exceptional care and education for children. Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide Exceptional Care: Create a warm and supportive environment for infants and toddlers, fostering their social, emotional, and physical development.
2. Implement Curriculum: Help to design and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning and curiosity, aligning with the Early Years Learning Framework.
3. Build Positive Relationships: Establish strong partnerships with families, ensuring open communication and involvement in their child's educational journey.
4. Ensure Safety and Wellbeing: Prioritize the safety and wellbeing of each child by maintaining a clean and secure learning environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care: A recognized qualification in early childhood education is essential.
2. Working with Children Check: All applicants must possess a current and valid Working with Children Check.
3. Passion for Early Childhood Education: Demonstrate a genuine love for working with infants and toddlers, creating a nurturing and enriching atmosphere.
4. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing ideas and contributing to a positive team culture.
5. Adaptability: Flexibility in adapting to the evolving needs of young children and the early childhood education sector.
