Panda Early Learning Centre is a purpose-built childcare center in Alkimos. We are dedicated and passionate about early childhood education and aim to provide a warm, safe, hygienic, homely, and enjoyable environment where each child is inspired and nurtured.
With rigorous recruitment, induction, and training plan for new and existing employees, we ensure that our team can deliver the commitment made to parents of providing quality care for their children. We focus on upholding, implementing, and consistently referring to the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Framework as pivotal measurements for meeting the care needs of children and families.
About the Role
We are looking for passionate, professional, and committed educators to join our team. Roles are available:
- Cert III or Diploma Educators
Qualities and core values:
- Understanding and implementing the Regulations, NQS, policies, procedures, and a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Developing trusting, meaningful relationships with children
- Developing a professional and trusting relationship with families
- Mentoring educators to improve their skills and practice
- Respecting the diverse skills, abilities, and interests of all educators
- Implementing a culture of continuous improvement
- The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative, and focused team
- Passion, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to high-quality care
- Able to work on rotating shifts (Early, Middle, and Late shifts)
Qualifications and Skills
The successful candidate will hold:
- An ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
- Current Working with Children Check
- Child Protection Training
- A strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
