We're seeking a dedicated Certificated Veterinary Nurse to join our veterinary clinic (3 - 4 days per week) & contribute to the exceptional care we provide!

This role is perfect for you if

  • You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent teamwork skills.
  • You're a natural caregiver with a keen eye for animal health and behaviour.

Your Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist veterinarians with animal care, including procedures, treatments, and rehabilitation.
  • Monitor animal health and behaviour, reporting any concerns.
  • Provide exceptional service and guidance to pet owners and the public.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to RSPCA Victoria's protocols.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols.

  • This role attracts a Total Fixed Remuneration of $76,197.26 - $96,517.334 (inclusive of superannuation)

Recruitment Requirements

  • Previous animal care experience (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of animal anatomy, behaviour, and disease recognition.
  • Compassion and a genuine love for animals.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays).
  • Current tetanus vaccination (mandatory).
  •
