Your new role

We are seeking enthusiastic and suitably experienced people for the role of Change Analyst to join the Change Management Team in Transformation and Strategy.

The Transformation and Strategy team is a proudly diverse team of professionals responsible for strategy setting, program and project delivery, change management delivery, performance improvement and program governance and reporting.

The Change Analyst supports the Change Consultant and Change Manager through delivery of change activities e.g., change impact analysis, communications and training.

Our ideal candidates for this role will have;

  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced, multifaceted work environment.
  • Be driven by delivering on our purpose of providing excellent health care.
  • An understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in supporting the delivery of projects/programs with a strong focus on building collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

This is an “open-ended” recruitment pool and as such the following should be noted:

  • This advert closes 4:00pm 30 August 2024. The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications, and will assess on a regular basis until this date. 
  • Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. 
  • Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/12/2024.

This is a recruitment pool for for Permanent, Fixed Term, Full time, Part Time and Casual appointments with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
