As the Change and Communication Lead, you will collaborate with customer stakeholders to identify Change and Communications impacts from documented solution impacts and manage and develop the Business Change Impact Assessments (BCIA) and responses to ensure that all nominated change actions are captured.
What we are looking for:
* Demonstrated success in ICT and business process Change and Communications with a proven record in planning, executing and evaluating ICT and business process Change and Communications impacts, communication strategies and/or campaigns within a large complex service delivery environment.
* Demonstrated experience in developing a range of Change and Communications collateral including presentations and knowledge content.
* Proven record of achievement in implementing change management activities that achieved efficiency in service delivery and realised sustained service improvement.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal and consultation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Proven highly developed analytical and problem solving skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.
