We are looking for a Change Communications Manager to join the team on a fixed term basis through to February 2025. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing a Change Communication strategy and plan for strategic business transformation programs at Fujitsu, focusing primarily on one key transformation program. We are open to location being Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Canberra. Working closely with the Change Management Lead, Transformation Communications Lead and collaboratively with a range of functions and teams, the Change Communications Manager will define, develop, distribute and assess communications that ensure the program and change is widely understood, supported and adopted. To hit the ground running we are ideally looking for someone with:
Proven experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating large scale strategic communications plans for transformation and change programs.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey change strategies.
Experience with managing strategic communications in large-scale and complex organisational change, with current applied examples of contemporary best practice in change management
Ability to lead and influence others to embrace change
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team within a dynamic environment
Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
Knowledge of Change Management Principles and understanding of change management theories, models, and best practice
