The Role
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Change Coordinator that will support the People & Culture and Project team members to deliver high quality, sustainable change outcomes for Squadron Energy’s HCM transformation project.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance.
- Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
- Develop and deliver presentations and training programs.
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of change management plans.
- Monitor and evaluate change progress and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain change management tools and templates.
- Develop and maintain change management knowledge base.
- Facilitate change management activities and processes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to project teams and other stakeholders.
- Support the team in resolving issues, mitigating risks, and adapting to changes as needed.
About you
You will have:
- Minimum of 5-years' experience in coordinating change in mid to large organisations.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in change or project management.
- Proven ability to develop and implement change management plans
- Excellent understanding of the change process
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Advanced PowerPoints and excel skill.
- A current Australian driver’s licence.
