About the role
Join our Business Transition team based on-site at Homebush West and take charge of our Learning Management System (LMS). In this role, you will assign, communicate, and report in eLearning programs in areas like OHS, Compliance, HR, and CyberSafety. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Business Transition teams efforts in learning, change management, and communications.
Responsibilities include;
- Review and test eLearning modules, overseeing the review and approval process with relevant stakeholders to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards.
- Manage and facilitate the distribution of modules through the LMS by uploading content and assigning it to nominated users once it is created.
- Manage user support by addressing queries related to data feed failures, escalations, password resets, module reassignments, report requests, and other general inquiries.
- Identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for process enhancements.
- Manage the annual eLearning reviews, LMS assignments, and new initiatives.
- Generate module completion reports according to the reporting schedule and provide additional LMS reports as requested.
- Develop and manage communications as needed, including announcements for new modules and monthly reports.
- Deliver presentations on the LMS as needed.
About you
You will possess experience in utilising and administering an Employee Engagement or Learning Management Platform, demonstrating a solid understanding of processes, operations, and company operating models. Your critical thinking skills enable you to effectively meet deadlines, while your expertise in stakeholder engagement across all levels allows you to manage expectations and adapt to evolving requirements with flexibility.
You will also have:
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and effectively prioritise competing tasks.
