Daily Pay Rate: $1000 - $1200 including Super
Duration: ASAP start till roughly mid 2027
Purpose:
Our Client is looking for a Change Lead able to engage with the organisation and lead change. The Client’s S/4HANA project will start by the middle of next year where the focus will be partnering with the Solution Integrator to transition to S/4HANA. Between now and then there will be smaller projects, regular communication, and preparation to go to market for an S/4HANA Solution Integrator. Any candidates must be able to accommodate the current phase where engagement and communication is a focus with expectations, able to support an SI in the S/4 project next year.
Accountabilities – Responsibilities:
- Change Strategy Development: Collaborate with program Leadership to develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with program objective and goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation to build support for change initiatives, address concerns, and drive buy-in.
- Change Impact Assessment: Co-ordinate with vendors and the business thorough assessments to understand the impact of proposed changes on various stakeholders, processes, systems, and the organisational structure.
- Communications Planning and Execution: Develop clear and effective communications plans to ensure timely and transparent dissemination of information related to change initiatives, milestones, progress, and successes.
- Training and Development: Co-ordinate with vendors the design and delivery of training programs and resources to equip employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to adapt to new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
- Change Readiness Assessment: Assess the organisational readiness for change and development strategies to mitigate resistance, address barriers, and promote a smoot transition.
- Change Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders throughout the implementation of change.
- Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of change management efforts and identify areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with change initiatives and develop proactive mitigation strategies to minimise disruption.
Qualification/s Required:
- Relevant Tertiary degree, specialised training, or equivalent work experience
- Qualification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or equivalent is desired, but not mandatory.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience leading change management initiatives within complex environments, preferably with large-scale programs.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to assess change impact, manage resistance, and drive cultural behavioural change.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to inform change management strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional team, prioritise competing demands, and thrive in a fast-paces, dynamic environment.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Change Lead.
- Strong SAP understanding is highly desirable.
- In the domain ERP systems and business operations.
- S/4HANA.
- Infrastructure.
- Experience in the Mining sector is desired, but not mandatory.
