The Job….
Reporting into the Head of Change, as a Change Lead you will be mainly responsible for the following duties:
- Collaborate with program leadership and experts to design strategic initiatives for program success.
- Provide guidance on implementing the Change Management Framework to ensure consistent governance.
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies, identifying and overcoming implementation barriers.
- Lead change impact analyses, assess organisational impacts, and develop solutions in consultation with stakeholders.
- Create and refine change plans, focusing on communication, leadership, engagement, training, and coaching effectiveness.
- Plan and facilitate program communications, briefings, workshops, and resource production.
- Contribute to designing and delivering capability programs for achieving desired outcomes.
- Coordinate change activities, regularly report progress, and identify areas of risk for mitigation.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Minimum 5 years leading operating model HR focused change programs.
- Proven track record leading organisational change in large private or public sector entities.
- Extensive experience developing and executing change management plans for successful project rollouts.
- Ability to demonstrate change management skills beyond the Prosci ADKAR model.
- Highly developed collaborative and partnering approach to stakeholder management.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
