We are looking for an experienced Change Management Lead to join our client’s Transformation Office and drive the workplace transformation plan. This role is pivotal in ensuring the organisation’s readiness for future ways of working, enhancing both customer and people experience.
About the Role:
As the Change Management Lead, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our client's transformation initiatives. Your primary focus will be on driving people change through effective engagement and communication with project teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), staff, people leaders, and sponsors. You will coordinate the Change Management working group and manage the master schedule for Change Management, reporting progress to the Transformation Steering Committee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of the workplace transformation plan.
- Ensure organisational readiness for future ways of working related to customer and people experience.
- Drive engagement and communication with all stakeholders involved in the change process.
- Coordinate the Change Management working group.
- Manage and report against the master schedule for Change Management.
