Your new role
Working within the Transformation & Delivery team, this role will see you being a key stakeholder in various Change Management projects across the organisation. You will:
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify change needs and articulate the rationale for change.
Develop and implement Change Management strategies, plans, and communication materials.
Lead change initiatives across the organisation, ensuring smooth transitions and minimising disruption.
Foster a change-ready culture by providing guidance, coaching, and support to teams.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change efforts, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Champion best practices in Change Management, staying abreast of industry trends and methodologies.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven track record in leading Change Management efforts within complex organisations
HR qualifications or demonstrated experience in this field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at tailoring messages for different audiences.
The ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across departments.
The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to embrace change.
Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.
