Key Accountabilities:
- Develop, deploy, and adjust change management strategies for strategic projects, covering communication plans, user guides, reports, surveys, and training materials.
- Lead the implementation and delivery of all change facets for individuals affected by project outcomes, managing risks and proactively implementing mitigations to enhance user acceptance and adoption.
- Direct a team in planning, managing, and executing communication activities for both internal and external stakeholders, offering strategic advice to project sponsors and senior staff on change and communications management.
- Plan for and address change management and cultural impacts of reforms, ensuring compliance with guidelines/policy requirements, leading consultations, negotiations, and reporting on risks to key reforms.
- Apply adult education principles to e-learning practices, ensuring professional adherence to Prosci/ADKAR organizational change management standards and guidelines.
- Formal training/experience in recognized OCM methodology for effective change management in Business Unit, Command, and Organisational contexts.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain change management deliverables, including strategies, communication plans, user guides, reports, surveys, and training materials.
- Expertise in designing user-appropriate content for diverse audiences and media, such as newsletters, Internet/Intranet.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying, assessing, and addressing OCM risks, issues, and concerns with effective interventions.
- Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, emphasizing user and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, extensive knowledge of adult education principles, including e-learning, and vocational training across various skill levels. Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
This role requires successful candidates to obtain a BASELINE CLEARANCE. Candidates that are unable to successfully clear a Baseline check will be immediately declined.
