Your role
At Allens, our business teams are also specialists in their field, using their unique knowledge and expertise to solve critical client and business challenges. You'll be a part of our People & Development (P&D) group, working closely with our Organisational Development Manager and Culture, Inclusion & People Risk team. P&D partners with firm leaders to create the capability, culture and performance required to achieve our strategy, collaborating with the entire business to build an environment where people can excel.
As a Change Manager, your focus will be on improving Allens' change management capability and embedding change management practices into our ways of working. You will:
Design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive and tailored Allens change management framework and toolkit.
Consult broadly to ensure the needs of a diverse set of stakeholders are captured in design.
Foster enhanced capability in the delivery of change and subsequent improvements in change adoption.
Lead training sessions for approximately 100-150 team members tasked with delivering change across the firm.
Support a positive change experience for others at Allens.
This is a full time, 6-month maximum term contract opportunity. About you
You will have:
Experience in the design, development and delivery of organisational change management
Experience in the design, development and delivery of learning programs and training
The ability to facilitate workshops and training to large groups of stakeholders
Consulted with a broad array of stakeholders to build tailored capability interventions
Designed and developed change management frameworks, toolkits, and resources
Experience implementing organisational development strategies, frameworks and action plans
A desire to learn, grow, network, mentor others
