Planned Resources are seeking a Change Management Lead to join a western council on a short-term contract with potential to extend.
The Change Lead plays a vital role in the Transformation Office, supporting the implementation of the workplace transformation plan and ensuring the organisation is prepared for future ways of working, enhancing both customer and employee experiences.
Key responsibilities include driving people change through effective engagement and communication with project teams, SMEs, staff, people leaders, and sponsors. The Change Lead will also coordinate the Change Management working group and oversee management and reporting of the master schedule for Change Management to the Transformation Steering Committee.
Formal qualifications in business or a related field, with specific certifications in Change Management such as Prosci, are required. Alternatively, candidates with less formal education but extensive specialised experience in Change Management will also be considered.
