What You'll Do!
Engage and support internal stakeholders to manage the change portfolio effectively. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll foster strong and influential working relationships. You will design and develop comprehensive communication strategies that resonate enterprise-wide and partner with leaders to align with the change narrative, boosting business readiness.
Ensuring strict adherence to relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and ethical standards is also a crucial part of your role.
What's Needed?
Formal accreditation in change management (PROSCI, LEAN change, ACMP) is preferred. You will need deep expertise in change management methodologies, practices, tools, and techniques, along with a proven track record of guiding stakeholders through successful change journeys.
Leadership in implementing organisational change within large commercial settings is essential, as well as comprehensive knowledge of program management approaches, methodologies, and lifecycle planning. The ability to articulate business cases for change and demonstrate the tangible benefits of change management is also key.
