Our client is a Non-Profit providing a range of services in the Disability, Youth and Allied Health space.
This role will oversee a number of transformation initiatives within the NDIS Financial Plan Management service. The division is responsible for processing and paying invoices on behalf of people with a disability to the value of $0.5B annually.
As one of the largest Plan Managers in Victoria there is massive opportunity to further grow and develop this service, particularly through digital enhancement and efficiencies.
The role will involve:
- Leading the development and implementation of digital,
engagement and efficiency-based system and processes
- Identifying and implementing improvements for the purpose of customer engagement and enhanced business performance.
- Ensuring readiness for significant client growth, with a focus on
scalable and sustainable business transformation activities.
- Works with Business Solutions to develop the overall digital
strategy and schedule for the implementation of defined projects
and initiatives.
- Stays up to date with industry and sector developments,
understanding their implications and implementing initiatives
designed to maximise opportunities arising from regulatory
changes.
- Proactively engages with key contacts from the National Disability
Insurance Agency for related operational and compliance matters,
building relationships.
Leadership and Change Management
-Drives implementation of new initiatives, designing and executing
strategies to facilitate business adoption.
- Places a strong emphasis on addressing the human aspect of
change, including understanding its impact on team members and
facilitating their adaptation to new circumstances.
- Overseeing Financial Plan Management internal controls.
Due to the size and nature of the business, a CPA/CA qualified candidate is highly desirable coupled with significant experience in change/business improvement.
