About the position
We are offering a salary range of $100,107.84 - $106,175.89 plus up to 12.65% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading.

How to be successful in this position
- Hold the mandatory qualification(s), training and/or experience, as outlined under the 'Success Criteria' in the Position Description.
- Demonstrated change management skills and experience in end-to-end organisational change management and quality assurance for business improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in technology-driven transformational programs and projects.
- Demonstrated skills in the formation/establishment of frameworks, processes, procedures, and work practices to support organisational change management practice.
- Highly developed oral and written communication and customer service skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, negotiation, conflict resolution, problem resolution and provision of expert advice and assistance.
- Management skills in planning, direction, control and evaluation of operations.
- Leadership skills in developing, coaching, leading, motivating and supporting staff.
- Organisational skills to manage extensive change programs and business transformation.
