A great opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join this busy team for a 6 months temporary assignment.
About the role:
- Develop and progress change management strategies to facilitate and optimise the outcomes of strategic projects
- Manage the communication activities to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide strategic advice and support to senior stakeholders regarding change and communication to achieve business benefits
- Manage change management activities including change impact assessments on the project monitoring
- Assessment of performance and success of business readiness change management activities upon project completion
- Identify, analyse, report and make recommendations to project sponsors to address initial and emerging risks to the delivery of key outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders/subject matter experts to understand and manage the impacts of the change and program delivery
- Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics and identify and manage anticipated resistance to change
- Change management experience within the ICT field
- Experience with the implementation and development of communication and stakeholders engagement strategies
- Relevant education/ qualifications within Change management
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence
- ASAP start
- 6 month temporary assignment with the possibility of extension
- Full time hours Monday to Friday
- Parramatta, offers hybrid flexibility
- $80 - $90 per hour + super
