About the job:
Ensures projects and change initiatives meet their objectives by maximising employee engagement and fostering a positive acceptance of change for multiple technology projects.
Facilitates development of Technology Services content for various publications and meetings.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Formal qualifications or certification in a recognised change management methodology such as PROSCI.
- Proven experience in people change management in a project environment.
- Extensive experience in a dedicated change management role with a demonstrated knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated experience as a Change Manager on major critical technology, infrastructure and transformation programme.
- Proven experience developing strategic change and communications strategies.
- Experience at delivering change outcomes across medium to large scale projects.
- Ability to develop and sustain strong working relationships with Project / Program Manager and other key stakeholders across multiple geographical locations.
