You will be working in a large ASX listed organisation going through a period of change and innovation. What is the role about?
As the lead Change Manager, you will play an instrumental role in the development and execution of the change and training strategies across a business-wide ERP implementation project to help facilitate a smooth transition. You will be responsible for engaging all levels of the business to analyse change readiness, change impacts, identify risks, and appropriate communication strategies and develop training plans.
Duties include:
- Deliver a clear communication approach that develops to meet changing project requirements.
- Develop a robust communication strategy.
- Design and deliver training programs.
- Support, develop and follow program governance and program management requirements according to schedules, risk management, resourcing and reporting.
Your Skills & Experience:
- At least 5+ years proven experience in a Change Management lead role for a large-scale program.
- Proven capability and track record of leading and implementing change management strategies across multiple sites and countries (some travel required).
- Strong understanding of change and project management principles and methodologies.
- MS D365 F&O experience advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all financial and system processes.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain financial and systems information clearly.
