This organisation is going through a whole of business digital transformation to better serve their large internal customer base. On the back of building a new digital leadership team they are now embarking on an ambitious transformation program that will significantly improve the customer and employee experience.
The Role
This is a highly visible project where you will support the business as it goes through significant change to how they utilise digital technology. Working within a large portfolio of projects you will initially lead change, communications, and training activities for the delivery stages of HR/Payroll/Timesheet transformation project. This project has wide reach across all areas of the business with significant changes in the ways of working for people, process, and technology. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are a must to engage & influence across a large user base and senior exec team.
Sitting in a large projects portfolio, you will report to a Senior Project Manager and work alongside a highly capable and high performing team who are significantly changing the speed, quality and efficiency of how they deliver to this organisation.
This organisation has a large pipeline of work currently underway and more funding about to be approved for the next. Once this project is successfully delivered you will be considered for other large pieces of work.
About You
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Change Manager role where you have delivered to large, complex and business wide critical projects
- Proven experience delivering to large programs of work where you helped organisations embrace new ways of working through digital innovation
- Strong business communication skills where you can excite and engage an entire business and also adapt your message to specific stakeholders
- Experience in and passion for training to ensure effective uplift and adoption
- Previous experience in HRIS systems or ERP transformation projects preffered
