About the engagement:
Green Light are looking for an BA/ PM / Change Manager join our client supporting government projects.
We are open to options to appropriately resource the scope of works. An assumed composition could include something like the resources below, including high level role details:
- ICT Project Management
- ICT Business Analyst (BA)
- Change Management
Specified Personnel require:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing ICT and business projects to deliver agreed outcomes and intended benefits within defined timeframes and budget.
- Deep expertise and knowledge of project management and change management standards, frameworks, best practice, methodologies, principles, and processes (as relevant to the role). A working knowledge of PMBOK and ADKAR or relevant professional industry certification (i.e., Prince2 Practitioner, Change Management Practitioner, ITIL4) is essential.
- Ability to partner with the relevant project/program manager, sponsors, and leadership teams to activate key roles in leading and executing change in line with the project and change plans.
- Experience in developing change management plans and design, develop or contribute to artefacts or interventions to enable specialist SMEs and leaders in executing communications, training, sponsor activation and resistance management.
- Proven ability and experience in conducting stakeholder analysis and articulating impact of proposed changes, assess change readiness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Monitoring the health of the change project and identifying any course corrections or actions required in executing the change.
- Ability to communicate and liaise with internal stakeholders, such as technical and leadership teams to ensure alignment with change priorities.
- Ability to collaborate with team members, end users, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to continuously improve the organisations service, solutions, and experience.
Experience in current information and communications technologies and initiatives, with the ability to incorporate them within solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency
Scope of work
- Develop and deliver Tools Review (Software Register and Management Process) using a prescribed framework and project management methodologies.
- Identify, manage, and assist with reporting on the delivery of anticipated benefits.
- Implement change and integration management plans.
- Manage stakeholder requirements and interdependencies.
- Undertake project impact analysis.
- Engage and consult business stakeholders to understand functional needs versus actual use of tools to validate the current software register against business needs.
- Analyse and provide an approach for the business to rationalise tools, accommodating the functional requirements identified by majority of the business.
- Consult key business areas to develop an approach to Software Management.
- Develop recommendations and identify tool rationalisation opportunities in agreement with the business. Run through the Software consolidation or decommissioning process on high value selected initiatives with the view to hand over repeatable processes to business-as-usual support teams.
- Develop and deliver a Software Register and make recommendations on discovery tools that may assist with software management and create efficiencies.
- Review, validate or create software management process documentation, including models, tools, and techniques.
