Blue Seed Consulting are seeking a high-performing Senior Manager (Senior Change Manager) to join the change management delivery team in our growing Change and Transformation practices.
You will be responsible for managing and leading a broad variety of change management activities designed to help large workforces understand, adopt and gain commercial value from new technologies and ways of working.
You will also contribute to the growth and development of Blue Seed’s business in various ways based on your unique talents.
You will be supported by a team of exceptional change leaders with decades of experience.
What you will be responsible for:
- The development of change management strategies and tactics to support large-scale adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working
- Delivery of change management projects and client advisory services
- Conducting change impact assessments and developing a deep understanding of change needs and risks
- Designing communications, training plans and content
- Engaging senior client stakeholders to build understanding and support for projects
- Tracking and reporting change progress
- Leveraging Blue Seed’s delivery methodology and other IP to optimise our impact on the client’s business
- Collaborating with consultants across the firm, to build capability and enable consistent quality
- Bringing your creative ideas to life across the firm to support our growth strategy.
About You:
In order to hit the ground running in this position you will have:
- 8+ years’ experience, working across a range of business & IT enabled change projects.
- Come from a top tier consulting firm or comparable boutique or mid-tier consultancy
- End-to-end change management delivery experience, from strategy to implementation.
- Strong interpersonal/consulting skills
- A genuine passion for delivering meaningful organisational change to disrupted or fast growing organisations.
- A business, HR, psychology or similar degree
- Prosci accreditation and/or master’s degree is also favourable
